Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Timeframe for Returns

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Process for Returns

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement item or a refund.

  • Refunds are processed through the same method as the original payment. Since we only offer cash on delivery, refunds will be arranged through direct coordination with you.

  • Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. We will send the replacement item at no additional shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
